Once you decide on a yacht and secure the dates for the
desired destination, we'll send you the necessary paperwork required to reserve your charter.
We will then work with you to personalize your vacation by understanding your preferences, arranging for the
water sports equipment of your choice as well as jet or helicopter service, private
excursions, limousine transfers...anything that will help make your stay pleasurable. Please let us
know all your likes and dislikes; we love to pay attention to details such as your favorite
CDs, DVDs, choice of gourmet cuisines, selection of wines, your favorite flowers and anything else
you desire. We can also arrange a spectacular party on board for your guests or that pleasant
surprise you wish to give that someone special. So, step on board, get pampered and enjoy
the bubbly champagne and white sandy beaches as you coast along at your pace across the blue
waters.
Terms and Conditions:
When a yacht is selected by charter rate or on a budget make sure you do understand the
OTHER charter costs besides the charter rate. These are normally 25 - 35% of the normal charter
rate. They include berthing fees, fuel, food and taxes. Also, keep in mind the gratuities
(10 - 20% of the charter rate) are at the charters discretion and are not mandatory but
recommended.
Terms may vary and the charter agreement should be referred to for
specific cases. Please read the terms and conditions on the contract before singing
the contract.
MYBA (Mediterranean Yacht Brokers Association):
The charter rate includes the hire and insurance of the yacht, crew wages, crew food, and ship's laundry only.
WMT (Western Mediterranean Terms):
The charter rate includes the hire and insurance of the yacht and the crew wages only.
EMT (Eastern Mediterranean Terms):
The charter rate includes the hire and insurance of the yacht, crew wages, crew food, ship's laundry,
all running expenses such as fuel for four hours' cruising per day, harbor dues, breakfast and lunch,
but excludes soft and alcoholic drinks, dinner on board, communication costs and local taxes.
GT (Greek Terms):
The charter rate includes the hire and insurance of the yacht, crew wages, crew food, and harbor
dues within Greek waters, water and ship's laundry.
CTI (Caribbean Terms Inclusive):
The charter rate includes the hire and insurance of the yacht, crew wages, crew food, ship's laundry,
fuel for four hours' cruising per day and three meals a day, but excludes soft and alcoholic drinks,
local taxes, communication costs and dockage.
Charter Agreement:
All charters booked will be confirmed by a charter agreement, signed by the charterer and the
yacht owner or their representatives along with the payment of the charter.
Taxes:
Charter rates will be subject to varying rates of VAT within EC waters. VAT is not
included in the charter rates on the price guides. Local taxes may also occur in
certain places outside the EC. Commercially registered yachts are usually tax exempt.
Fuel:
Charterers should note that only certain flag vessels qualify for duty free fuel.
This differs from country to country.
